Navigating Family Conflict under Pandemic Conditions

The COVID-19 pandemic, and our public response to it, is creating new challenges for families to navigate.  Please know that we are available to help you discuss and plan around topics such as:

  • Supporting aging family members
  • Reducing feelings of isolation and/or loneliness that aging family members may be experiencing
  • Ensuring aging family members obtain the things they need (e.g., groceries, medicine) if they are not able to get out or use technology
  • Managing increased adult sibling conflict arising from safer-at-home advisories
  • Proactively designing new routines that can work for each member of the extended family household

We’ve been offering facilitated conversations, conflict coaching, and online mediation via secure videoconferencing for years, and have moved all our services to an online format during this period to enable access to services while supporting physical distancing.

As always, we offer free consultations by phone to hear about your situation and help you determine what services may be the best fit for you.  Call (617) 621-7009 to discuss how we can help.  If your current financial situation has been impacted by current events, we can also discuss options to work with you.

Meanwhile, take good care; we’re all in this together!
